Job Description:

Set-Up / Tear-Down Crew

Behind-the-Scenes Event Set-Up

Flexible part-time hours and availability to work weekends. Comfortable lifting and moving chairs, tables, and other types of furniture. Self-motivated and a can-do-it attitude! This position allows you to finish the task during your free time and when your schedule allows, as long as it is done before the event.

Optional overnight room flip shifts are also available. Team members arrive after the wedding concludes to clear, reset, and prep the space for the following morning’s event.

Yard Maintenance Crew

Our groundskeepers play a vital role in keeping Healy Hollow well-maintained. Clients are looking for a beautiful place to get married or host an event, and without an exceptional team to care for the property’s lawn and grounds, that won’t happen. Your job is to proactively maintain the Healy Hollow grounds so everyone who sets foot on the property feels the peace and beauty of a well-cared-for space.

In this role, you will complete routine cleaning and maintenance of the grounds, buildings, and parking area. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, raking, weeding, planting, and fertilizing. You will make sure everything across the grounds is immaculate and ready for each event!

Shifts are seasonal (April-November). They are typically 2-5 hours shifts throughout the week. You should be able to work 5-15 hours per week.

Catering Staff

Part-time hours and weekend availability. Must be able to provide own transportation. Responsible for assisting in the set-up of food stations and the service of food at various events. Prepping food items as needed. Clearing plates, glass, and utensils. Disposing of trash and food debris. Team-oriented and willing to help out at the event when needed.

Option to cater outside events as well!
